I arrived late after a long drive, only to discover that my reservation was overbooked. The staff didn't seem to care that I had confirmation. they simply moved on to the next guest. It was incredibly frustrating to waste an hour trying to sort it out on the phone with customer service, just to end up with nowhere to stay.
